Exploring Painting

Note: Please label all items with your name! Sharpie pens should be purchased new for best possible drawing results!

Early Elementary Class (6-10):

• Fine line and ultra fine line black Sharpie pens (new, please)
• 9x12" sketchbook (white drawing paper, not newsprint)
• Pocket folder
• Several sharpened pencils
• Eraser
• 9x12" canvas (you can buy in multiples and share savings)

Middle Elementary Class (9-13):

• Fine line and ultra fine line black Sharpie pens (new, please)
• 9x12" sketchbook (white drawing paper, not newsprint)
• Pocket folder
• Several sharpened pencils
• Eraser
• 12" ruler
• 16 x20" canvas (You can buy in multiples and share savings.) Needed for 6th class.
• Portfolio (made by folding a posterboard in half and taping on two sides) Needed for first class.

7th - Adult Class:

• Several sharpened pencils
• Eraser (a kneaded eraser and a white or pink eraser)
• 9x12" sketch book (white drawing paper)
• Pocket folder
• Fine line and ultra fine line black Sharpie pens
• 16 x20" canvas (you can buy in multiples and share savings). Needed for 5th class.
• Portfolio (made by folding a posterboard in half and taping on both sides)  Needed for first class.
